MGE Charging Network

MGE's public charging stations provide electricity that is 100% renewable—generated by wind farms in Wisconsin and Iowa. Our Level 1 and Level 2 stations are $0.21 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) while the DC Fast Charge station is $0.37 per kWh. Prices include a $0.03 per kWh excise tax by the State of Wisconsin, effective January 1, 2025.

Please note: Due to an issue with vender support of stations at our Fast-Charging Hub on South Livingston Street, we are experiencing service disruptions to our charging stations at the Hub. We are working to transition these charging stations to a new vendor as soon as possible. Please check availability of station locations in the EV station network vendor app. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
