Eggs Arrive at the MGE Falcon Nesting Box!
April 7, 2025—We’re happy to share that the MGE falcons now have three eggs in the nesting box atop Blount Generating Station.
Trudy laid the first egg between April 1 and April 2. Egg No. 2 followed on April 4 and egg No. 3 arrived April 6, both right on schedule. While three eggs is considered a “full clutch,” Trudy and her mate, Melvin, have traditionally produced four eggs each season. We’ll be watching for an additional egg in the coming days.
