  Type direction after house number if house number is direction plus 5 digits (e.g “12345 W” instead of “W12345”)

  Use “Hy” or “Hwy” instead of “Highway” (e.g. “123 Hy 66” for “123 Highway 66”)

  Enter “Bmt” or “2ndfl” if apt/unit is an entire floor (e.g. “123 Main St Bmt”)

  Type “Crt” instead of “Court”

  Type “Hses” instead of “Houses”

  Spaces may or may not appear in name (e.g. “McCormick” or “Mc Cormick”)

• Include the street direction (if applicable) and the street suffix (e.g., Road, Street, Avenue, etc.).
• Enter the entire street name.
• If applicable, enter the apartment/unit number.
